Trusted resources
Pages we would send a reader to anyway: dosing-error safety, reconstitution basics and evidence. No vendors, no sourcing, nothing paid.
Short notes on pages we would send a reader to anyway, whether or not they ever link back. Nobody pays to be here, and nothing here sells peptides or points to where to buy them. If you run a page that belongs on this list, write to [email protected]; we add it only after reading it.
Dosing errors and medication safety
- FDA: concerns with unapproved GLP-1 drugs used for weight loss
The regulator's own statement on compounded and unapproved GLP-1 products, including reports of dosing errors. Read it before you trust any vial maths, ours included. - ECRI: common medication errors with GLP-1 therapies
A patient-safety nonprofit's list of the errors that actually happen. It names the mg-versus-units mismatch, which is the step our calculators exist to check. - Diabetes Education Services: insulin and diabetes medication PocketCards
Quick-reference cards that diabetes educators keep on hand. Good for the insulin and syringe basics, written for clinicians and patients rather than for vial mixing.
GLP-1 patient education and muscle
- Diabetes Strong: everything you need to know about Ozempic
A medically reviewed patient guide to prefilled Ozempic pens: the strength chart, the usual titration steps, missed doses and storage. It covers pens, not vials, so use it for the licensed product and our calculators for anything you mix. - Barbell Medicine: does GLP-1 weight loss cause disproportionate muscle loss?
A physician-written, heavily referenced argument that most of the lean-mass drop reflects water, glycogen and fat rather than muscle, with resistance training as the lever. The site is a coaching business, so expect its own products on the page.
Reconstitution and bacteriostatic water
- PeptideJournal: how to use bacteriostatic water for peptides
An educational walk-through of the concentration formula and a reference table. It is the same maths as our reconstitution calculator, written out in prose.
Evidence
- Literature and patent review of BPC-157 (PubMed Central)
A peer-reviewed review of what has and has not been shown for BPC-157. It states that human clinical evidence is limited, which is the right starting point for any compound on this site.

Before you use these numbers This is a unit-conversion tool. It turns a vial strength and a water volume into a concentration, a draw volume and a syringe mark. It does not tell you what to take, whether to take it, or whether a compound is safe for you. Most compounds listed are sold for laboratory research and are not approved for human use. Nothing here is medical advice. Dosing decisions belong with a licensed clinician who knows your history. Always check the strength printed on your own vial rather than trusting a preset.
