About GLOW blend

GLOW is a pre-mixed vial sold by several vendors as 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500, 70 mg in total. The three are in a fixed 5:1:1 ratio, so you cannot dose one without the others. None of the three is an approved medicine and the blend is sold for research use.

The dose most commonly reported is 10 units a day from a 70 mg vial reconstituted with 3 mL. That draw is 0.1 mL of a 23.3 mg/mL solution, which is 2.33 mg of blend: roughly 1.67 mg of GHK-Cu and 0.33 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500. That is why the preset dose above is the odd-looking 2.33 mg. Reported cycles run about four weeks on and two to four off. The GLOW dosage chart page lists every combination of water and units.

What is in each draw

The vial is 50 mg GHK-Cu + 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg TB-500, a fixed 5:1:1 ratio. Every draw contains all of them in that proportion. Split below for 70 mg in 3 mL (23.33 mg/mL). The per-component figures are inferred from the label ratio, not measured.

How long it lasts in the body

Not well characterised in humans. A decay curve is only drawn where a human half-life is documented, so there is none here. Treat any precise figure for GLOW blend elsewhere with caution.

Common questions

How many units is 2.33 mg of GLOW blend?
It depends entirely on how much water you added. In a 70 mg vial reconstituted with 3 mL, the concentration is 23.33 mg/mL, so 2.33 mg is 0.1 mL, which is 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. In the same vial with 1.5 mL of water it is 5 units, and with 4.5 mL it is 15 units.
How much bacteriostatic water for a 70 mg GLOW blend vial?
3 mL is the usual choice. It gives 23.33 mg/mL, which puts the commonly reported range of 1 mg to 5 mg between roughly 4.3 and 21.4 units. Aim for a draw between about 10 and 50 units, where the barrel is easiest to read, and add or remove water to get there.
How many doses are in a 70 mg vial?
Divide 70 by your dose. At 2.33 mg that is 30 doses, which at once daily is 30 days.
How many units of GLOW per day?
Reports cluster at 10 units a day from a 70 mg vial reconstituted with 3 mL, which is 2.33 mg of blend. With 2 mL of water the same 2.33 mg is about 7 units.
How much of each peptide is in a 10 unit draw of GLOW?
