About BPC-157 / TB-500 blend

The Wolverine stack is BPC-157 and TB-500 together, either from two vials or from a single pre-mixed blend vial. The blend is normally a 1:1 ratio, 10 mg of each for a 20 mg vial. Neither peptide is an approved medicine and both are sold for research use.

The ratio is the catch. On their own, BPC-157 is commonly reported at 250 to 500 mcg daily and TB-500 at 2 to 2.5 mg twice weekly, which is not a 1:1 ratio at all. In a blend you dose both at the same time in the vial's fixed proportions, so people typically report 0.5 to 1 mg of total blend per day, which delivers 250 to 500 mcg of each. A 20 mg vial with 2 mL of water is 10 mg/mL, so 1 mg of blend is 0.1 mL, or 10 units. The Wolverine dosing chart page lays out every combination.

What is in each draw

The vial is 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg TB-500, a fixed 1:1 ratio. Every draw contains all of them in that proportion. Split below for 20 mg in 2 mL (10 mg/mL). The per-component figures are inferred from the label ratio, not measured.

How long it lasts in the body

Not well characterised in humans. A decay curve is only drawn where a human half-life is documented, so there is none here. Treat any precise figure for BPC-157 / TB-500 blend elsewhere with caution.

Common questions

How many units is 1 mg of BPC-157 / TB-500 blend?
It depends entirely on how much water you added. In a 20 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL, the concentration is 10 mg/mL, so 1 mg is 0.1 mL, which is 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. In the same vial with 1 mL of water it is 5 units, and with 3 mL it is 15 units.
How much bacteriostatic water for a 20 mg BPC-157 / TB-500 blend vial?
2 mL is the usual choice. It gives 10 mg/mL, which puts the commonly reported range of 0.25 mg to 2 mg between roughly 2.5 and 20 units. Aim for a draw between about 10 and 50 units, where the barrel is easiest to read, and add or remove water to get there.
How many doses are in a 20 mg vial?
Divide 20 by your dose. At 1 mg that is 20 doses, which at once daily is 20 days.
How many units is 1 mg of the BPC-157 TB-500 blend?
In a 20 mg blend vial with 2 mL of water, 10 units on a U-100 syringe. That draw holds 500 mcg of BPC-157 and 500 mcg of TB-500.
Should I use the blend or two separate vials?
Separate vials let you dose each peptide on its own schedule, which matches how they are usually reported. The blend is simpler and cheaper but locks the ratio. The calculator handles either; run it once per vial if you keep them separate.
