About KLOW blend
KLOW is the GLOW blend with 10 mg of KPV added: 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg KPV, 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500, 80 mg in total, in a fixed 5:1:1:1 ratio. KPV is a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH studied for its anti-inflammatory effect in the gut. None of the four is an approved medicine and the blend is sold for research.
The most widely copied protocol reconstitutes the 80 mg vial with 2 mL, giving 40 mg/mL, and reports a loading phase of 10 units (4 mg of blend) five days a week for four weeks, then 5 units (2 mg) three times a week. A 10 unit draw at that concentration delivers 2.5 mg GHK-Cu and 500 mcg each of KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500. Reported cycles run 8 to 12 weeks on and 4 to 8 off. What is in each draw
The vial is 50 mg GHK-Cu + 10 mg KPV + 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg TB-500, a fixed 5:1:1:1 ratio. Every draw contains all of them in that proportion. Split below for 80 mg in 2 mL (40 mg/mL). The per-component figures are inferred from the label ratio, not measured.

How long it lasts in the body
Not well characterised in humans. A decay curve is only drawn where a human half-life is documented, so there is none here. Treat any precise figure for KLOW blend elsewhere with caution.
Common questions
- How many units is 4 mg of KLOW blend?
- It depends entirely on how much water you added. In a 80 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL, the concentration is 40 mg/mL, so 4 mg is 0.1 mL, which is 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. In the same vial with 1 mL of water it is 5 units, and with 3 mL it is 15 units.
- How much bacteriostatic water for a 80 mg KLOW blend vial?
- 2 mL is the usual choice. It gives 40 mg/mL, which puts the commonly reported range of 1 mg to 6 mg between roughly 2.5 and 15 units. Aim for a draw between about 10 and 50 units, where the barrel is easiest to read, and add or remove water to get there.
- How many doses are in a 80 mg vial?
- Divide 80 by your dose. At 4 mg that is 20 doses, which at 5 days on, 2 off is 28 days.
- How many units of KLOW per day?
- The commonly reported loading dose is 10 units a day, five days a week, from an 80 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL. That is 4 mg of blend. Maintenance is usually reported at 5 units three times a week.
- What is in 10 units of KLOW?
- From 80 mg in 2 mL: 2.5 mg GHK-Cu, 500 mcg KPV, 500 mcg BPC-157 and 500 mcg TB-500. Inferred from the ratio on the label.
