CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin blend dosage calculator

The blend vial is usually 5 mg of CJC-1295 and 5 mg of ipamorelin, 10 mg in total. Enter the total on the label and your total dose, and the page also splits it back into each peptide.

About CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin blend

This is the most common growth hormone secretagogue pairing: a GHRH analogue (CJC-1295, usually the no-DAC form) plus a ghrelin mimetic (ipamorelin). The two act on different receptors and are sold pre-mixed in a single vial so they can be drawn in one syringe.

The trap with blends is that the label gives the total, and both components are in a fixed ratio you cannot change. A 10 mg vial is normally 5 mg of each. Reconstituted with 2 mL it is 5,000 mcg of blend per mL, so a 300 mcg draw (6 units) delivers 150 mcg of CJC-1295 and 150 mcg of ipamorelin. Commonly reported doses are 200 to 300 mcg of total blend, one to three times daily.

What is in each draw

The vial is 5 mg CJC-1295 (no DAC) + 5 mg Ipamorelin, a fixed 1:1 ratio. Every draw contains all of them in that proportion. Split below for 10 mg in 2 mL (5 mg/mL). The per-component figures are inferred from the label ratio, not measured.

If the draw is awkward to read, change the water, not the dose. The dose stays the same; only the mark moves.

How long it lasts in the body

The half-life of CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin blend is about 2 hours. That is the time for the amount in your blood to halve, so after one half-life you are at 50 percent of the peak, after two you are at 25 percent, and after four you are at roughly 6 percent. This is why it is dosed daily or more often: by the next morning almost none of the previous dose is left, and there is no build-up from day to day.

Common questions

How many units is 300 mcg of CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin blend?
It depends entirely on how much water you added. In a 10 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL, the concentration is 5 mg/mL, so 300 mcg is 0.06 mL, which is 6 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. In the same vial with 1 mL of water it is 3 units, and with 3 mL it is 9 units.
How much bacteriostatic water for a 10 mg CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin blend vial?
2 mL is the usual choice. It gives 5 mg/mL, which puts the commonly reported range of 100 mcg to 600 mcg between roughly 2 and 12 units. Aim for a draw between about 10 and 50 units, where the barrel is easiest to read, and add or remove water to get there.
How many doses are in a 10 mg vial?
Divide 10 by your dose. At 300 mcg that is 33 doses, which at once daily is 33 days.
How many units is 300 mcg of the CJC-1295 ipamorelin blend?
In a 10 mg blend vial with 2 mL of water, 6 units on a U-100 syringe. That draw contains 150 mcg of each peptide.
Can I dose the two peptides separately from a blend?
No. The ratio is fixed in the vial. If you want a different ratio you need two separate vials, and the calculator run once for each.

Tools

Before you use these numbers This is a unit-conversion tool. It turns a vial strength and a water volume into a concentration, a draw volume and a syringe mark. It does not tell you what to take, whether to take it, or whether a compound is safe for you. Most compounds listed are sold for laboratory research and are not approved for human use. Nothing here is medical advice. Dosing decisions belong with a licensed clinician who knows your history. Always check the strength printed on your own vial rather than trusting a preset.
